Move-in Ambassadors

What is a Move-in Ambassador?
A  Spartan-spirited Returning Resident who greets students and their families as they arrive on campus for 2017 Fall Opening and helps them with parking and moving in to their residential community.

Eligibility:
To be eligible to be a Move-in Ambassador, students must be a Returning Housing Resident in good conduct standing.

Requirements:
Move-in Ambassadors are required to attend a 4 hour training session on Friday, August 18th and volunteer for a 4-hour shift on Saturday, August 19th.

The Benefit:
Move-in Ambassadors are able to move in early to their Fall room assignment on Wednesday, August 16th and University Housing Services will waive the $150.00 early arrival fee in exchange for their help during opening.
