Overnight Guest Housing

Overnight guests can make reservations by contacting the Conference Housing Office for an "Overnight Guest Housing Reservation Form", or by downloading the form below:

Guest Rates

Campus Village Building A
$75 per night for the SRO
$100 per night for the one-bedroom

Other Important Information

Hosting a Guest - If you are a SJSU Faculty or staff member who is hosting a guest in our overnight guest housing, please make plans ahead of time to meet them at Campus Village Building A at a specific time (we do not have staff to assist you at Building A), or go to the Joe West hall desk to meet them there for check in. You can reach the Joe West Hall desk at (408) 795-5604.

If you need special assistance in meeting your guest, please contact the Conference Office at (408) 795-5672, or confasst@housing.sjsu.edu, ahead of time, Monday through Friday between 9am and 5pm, and special arrangements can be made.

Payment Options- We accept checks and money orders payable to "SJSU Housing", or Visa or MasterCard for payment. We do not accept American Express or Discover Card. For SJSU Departments, you can pay as a department by doing a Hospitality payment. A Hospitality payment would be intiated by the paying department, by the person in the department who handles Peoplesoft web-expense transfers. You can call the Conference office at (408) 795-5672 to get our "payee" number for the hospitality payment. We will also accept payments through foundation grants from departments. Please call our Conference office at (408) 795-5672 to initiate any foundation grant payments.
