ATTN: TRANSFER AND RETURNING RESIDENTS Due to the high demand for our apartment style housing, spaces for transfers and returning residents in our Campus Village Building A (CVA) and Campus Village Building B (CVB) facilities are at capacity. Therefore, we are no longer accepting new applications for CVA or CVB. Although we receive cancellations throughout the summer, we do not anticipate receiving enough cancellations to provide space for all students currently on the paid waiting list. For this reason, we are not accepting new applications for the CVA and CVB Apartments. Fall 2013 Move in Information is now available!Please review the appropriate guide for community-specific information about your move: what to pack, when to check-in, and what you’ll need to do this coming summer as you prepare for your big move! Bricks, Joe West, and CVC Suites ClosingThe 2012-2013 license agreement period ends at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 22, 2013. Residents are expected to check out 24 hours after their last final or on May 22nd by 2:00 p.m. whichever is sooner. All resident must schedule an appointment with a Resident Advisor to check out of their room and complete paperwork. Residents should refer to the Final Check-Out Procedures pamphlet for more information.
Campus Village Buildings A & B ClosingThe 2012-2013 license agreement period ends at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Friday, May 31, 2013. Residents must sign up 24 hours in advance at the CVB Courtesy Desk for an appointment to check out of their apartment and complete paperwork. Residents should refer to the Final Check-Out Procedures pamphlet for more information. May 1, 2013 May 1st was the priority deadline to submit your housing application materials. Your admission will not be affected if you did not meet this deadline; however, your choices of housing options may be limited if materials are received after May 1st. Summer 2013 If you would like to live in Housing for Summer 2013, applications are now available. Summer applications, materials and initial payment are due to the Housing office by May 1, 2013.
