University Housing Services strives to create a residential community that supports and enhances academic success, fosters the learning and development of our students, and promotes student involvement and civic engagement.  As a department, our practices promote efficiency, operational effectiveness and fiscal responsibility.

Important Announcements    

Please be advised that due to the number of housing applications we have received, we are no longer accepting applications for our residence halls and apartments for the 2013-2014 Academic year.  If you are interested in spring only housing, please check back with our office after SJSU has opened the spring application process.

 

ATTN:  TRANSFER AND RETURNING RESIDENTS

Due to the high demand for our apartment style housing, spaces for transfers and returning residents in our Campus Village Building A (CVA) and Campus Village Building B (CVB) facilities are at capacity.   Therefore, we are no longer accepting new applications for CVA or CVB.  Although we receive cancellations throughout the summer, we do not anticipate receiving enough cancellations to provide space for all students currently on the paid waiting list.  For this reason, we are not accepting new applications for the CVA and CVB Apartments.

Summer 2013

If you would like to live in Housing for Summer 2013, applications are now available.

Summer applications, materials and initial payment are due to the Housing office by May 1, 2013.
